Lead Coach: Abbie Winstanley and Matt Walker
The Junior/Senior squad is to support swimmers within the COMAST wishing to compete at Regional and National Level. Swimmers are aged from 14-18 years. The squad allows some flexability around education and other commitments as well as swimmers who want to train more recreationally.
Swimmers within the squad will show good self-management of lifestyle and time management to help meet the commitment of the group.
