Regional Squad is where junior swimmers within the COMAST pathway continue to develop through a medley programme aimed to progress all four strokes. Within Regional Squad all swimmer will attend both morning and evening sessions to meet squad aims and help with preparation for National Squad.
The aim of the group is to support like minded athletes with the opportunity to compete at North West Regionals and home National level.
