City of Manchester’s first meet of the season kicked off on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October with our Regional Qualifier.
Lots of clubs from around the North West were in attendance and the weekend was ready to host some great early season racing.
Being an Olympic year, we kicked proceedings off by racing Long Course which is always a challenging task so early in the season. Despite this, there were plenty of fantastic swims, pb’s and qualifying times achieved by swimmers from all clubs.
Huge thank you to everyone who helped organise the meet as well as all the volunteer, officials and parents who gave their time over the weekend to make the meet such a huge success.
We look forward to hosting you all at our next competition which will be our Snowpen meet on the 16th and 17th of December. More information regarding this meet can be found here.
