On Saturday we being our National campaign with the start of the British Swimming and Swim England Summer Nationals for 2023.
The swimmers have had exceptional preparation for these competitions, with the Coaching Team and additional support from Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning team working extremely closely with our athletes to monitor their progress, ensuring they are feeling great and more importantly ready to swim fast!
